Rates
for the cottage vary according to seasonal fluctuations and the number
of guests staying. The following rates are to be taken as a guide only
and are based on 4 people sharing.
May
to September - £490.00 per week
October to April - £350.00 per week
Letting
of the cottage runs from Saturday to Saturday.
A deposit
of 40% is payable on booking with the balance due two weeks before arrival.
Electricity consumed is settled before departure.
